Description

Micropilot FMR63B is a member of the new generation 80 GHz radar level transmitter family, featuring a special hygienic design tailored for hygienic applications. It enables continuous non-contact level measurement, fully complying with stringent hygienic standards such as ASME BPE and USP Class VI, making it the ideal choice for food, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and other industries.

Equipped with a built-in operation wizard, it guides users to easily complete commissioning, functional safety and verification tests with convenient and efficient operation. It is equipped with Heartbeat Technology, supporting online self-calibration, self-monitoring and self-diagnosis, which can timely identify abnormal working conditions and check measurement accuracy, ensuring measurement stability and production safety.

With the advantage of 80GHz W-band high frequency and small beam angle design, the instrument has excellent beam focusing effect, and can achieve accurate measurement even in tanks with internal interference devices, with a maximum measurement range of 80 meters.
