Micropilot FMR62B is a core member of the new generation 80 GHz radar level transmitter family, specially designed for severe liquid measurement scenarios. It enables continuous non-contact level measurement, perfectly adapting to high temperature, high pressure working conditions and difficult medium measurement requirements, making it the ideal choice for harsh industrial scenarios such as chemical and petroleum industries.
Developed in accordance with IEC 61508 standard, the instrument supports SIL locking and functional safety testing, adopts homogeneous redundant architecture, can be directly used in SIL 2 occasions and adapted to SIL 3 occasions, greatly reducing the risk of systematic errors. Equipped with Heartbeat Technology, it supports online self-calibration, self-monitoring and self-diagnosis, which can timely identify abnormal working conditions and effectively improve process safety and production efficiency.
With the advantage of 80GHz W-band high frequency and small beam angle design, the instrument has excellent beam focusing effect, and can achieve accurate and stable measurement even in tanks with multiple internal structures, with a maximum measurement range of 80 meters.
