Description

Micropilot FMR60B is a member of the new generation 80 GHz radar level transmitter family, specially designed for basic liquid applications. It adopts non-contact measurement method with small-size process connection, suitable for various free-space level measurement needs.

Equipped with a built-in operation wizard, it guides users to easily complete instrument commissioning, functional safety and verification tests with convenient and efficient operation. It is equipped with Heartbeat Technology, supporting online self-calibration, self-monitoring and self-diagnosis, which can timely identify abnormal working conditions and greatly improve process safety and production efficiency.

With the advantage of 80GHz W-band high frequency, the instrument has excellent beam focusing effect, and can achieve stable measurement even in tanks with internal interference devices, with a maximum measurement range of 50 meters. The product supports Bluetooth and SmartBlue App commissioning, integrates HistoROM intelligent data storage unit, can be seamlessly integrated into various control systems, and has passed a number of international authoritative certifications, providing an accurate, reliable and convenient solution for continuous level measurement of basic liquids, paste media and mud.
