Levelflex FMP54 is a high‑precision guided wave radar level transmitter for extreme process conditions, specially designed for ultra‑high temperature, ultra‑high pressure, toxic media such as liquid ammonia, and steam boilers.
It features ceramic‑graphite seal and hermetic feedthrough to ensure safe and stable operation from -196~+450℃ and vacuum up to 400bar.
With gas phase compensation, FMP54 delivers accurate measurement even in high‑pressure applications with gas blankets, unaffected by level fluctuations, foam or medium changes. It supports both level and liquid‑liquid interface measurement with rod, cable and coaxial probe options.
Equipped with HistoROM, multi‑echo tracking and Heartbeat Technology, it complies with IEC 61508 SIL3, supports Bluetooth® and SmartBlue App, and integrates seamlessly into control systems. Widely used in oil, petrochemical, chemical, boiler and offshore applications.
