Description

Levelflex FMP53 is a high-precision guided wave radar level transmitter specially designed for food and life science industries with extremely high hygienic requirements. Fully compliant with ASME BPE and USP Class VI hygienic standards, it is the ideal choice for continuous level measurement in food, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and other industries.

Equipped with a hygienic rod probe, the device can be cleaned in-situ (CIP) without being removed from the production process, greatly reducing maintenance costs and improving production efficiency. Even under complex working conditions such as fluctuating liquid levels, foam, medium changes or clogged nozzles, it can maintain stable and accurate measurement values without external interference.

Integrated with HistoROM data storage, multi-echo tracking and Heartbeat Technology, it achieves SIL3 safety integrity level, supports Bluetooth and SmartBlue App for commissioning, and can be seamlessly integrated into various control systems. It balances hygienic compliance, measurement reliability and operational convenience, perfectly adapting to the stringent requirements of the food and life science industries.
